1. Service nature
Red Rabbit is a personal local collection management tool for public share links and local collection records that you choose to import. Red Rabbit is not an official Xiaohongshu product, does not represent any third-party platform, and has no authorization, cooperation, agency, or endorsement relationship with them.
2. Use boundaries
You agree to use the app only for personal, lawful, non-commercial, and non-redistribution purposes. You must not use it for bulk collection, content copying, distribution, reposting, watermark removal, bypassing access restrictions, evading platform risk controls, copyright infringement, privacy infringement, harassment, profiling, or any illegal or rule-violating purpose.
3. Rights and authorization
Third-party pages, posts, images, videos, comments, author information, and related rights belong to the original rights holders or platforms. Importing a link or content does not give you rights to copy, redistribute, adapt, publicly display, commercially use, or sublicense it. You are responsible for confirming your lawful basis to save, view, and use related content.
4. Third-party platform rules
You must also comply with the user agreements, community rules, copyright rules, privacy rules, and technical access rules of Xiaohongshu and other third-party platforms. If a platform does not permit a certain access, recording, or display method, you must stop that use and delete the related records.
5. Feature limitations
To reduce abuse and infringement risk, Red Rabbit does not provide bulk image or video export, watermark removal, reposting tools, public distribution channels, third-party account login-state integration, or ways to bypass login, permission, payment, risk control, or other technical restrictions. In-app display is only for personal collection management.
6. Local data responsibility
Collection records are mainly kept on your device. You are responsible for device security, system backup, storage space, and data management. Uninstalling the app, clearing data, system failures, or third-party page changes may make records unavailable or content loading fail.
7. Prohibited content
You must not import, process, save, or display illegal, infringing, pornographic, violent, hateful, discriminatory, privacy-infringing, public-order-violating, or platform-rule-violating content. When risks are found, we may adjust, limit, or remove related features to the extent permitted by law.
8. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as is. The authenticity, completeness, legality, availability, and future changes of third-party content are the responsibility of the content source or you. Losses and liabilities arising from your use, third-party rule changes, network conditions, system permissions, device issues, data deletion, or content rights disputes are borne by you as required by law; we are not liable beyond mandatory legal requirements.
9. Changes
We may update this agreement and the Privacy Policy for feature, compliance, or review needs. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms.
